Policy Return and Cancellation Policy We cannot stop shipping after your item leaves Japan. So, we basically cannot accept return and cancellation after shipping. But in some cases, we can accept them. If you hope to do that, please tell us within 7 days from the arrival time. In these 2 cases, we can accept return or cancellation for all of our responsibility. 1. The item you received is different from what you ordered. 2. The item has some defect. *In these cases, please use EMS to return. In these cases below, we accept return or cancellation for all of your responsibility (you owe all of the shipping cost and customs duties in Japan). And we receive 20% of the price you purchased as a checking and cleaning fee. So, we refund 80% of the price. 1. You do not sutisfied what you ordered. 2. You mistook your order.
